RX 5700 for VFIO Development

As many of you might already be aware, the AMD Vega and Navi GPUs have issues when being used for VFIO Passthrough. I have been working hard at this problem for over a year now and have finally with the help from someone at AMD managed to reset the AMD Vega 10 series GPUs without a hard reboot, a year after the GPU was released.

Unfortunately Navi cards also suffer from this issue. It is fixable but without having a Navi based card to develop against I can not add support for resetting this card safely.
