Hi, my name is Tammy Cummings. I am fundraising for my stepdaughter, Megan Locklear and her husband, Cody. Cody suddenly fell ill on September 5, 2022, which has rendered him paralyzed from the neck down. He has been given a diagnosis of myelitis and rhabdomyolysis. His providers are unsure of his prognosis or his recovery time. During this time, he and Megan are out of work. He is hospitalized at Charlotte Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina in ICU. The hospital is 2.5 hours from their home, and they have three small children.

While out of work, the funds will be used for transportation, hotel expenses, and household bills.
