Surgery for his replacement Kidney

Hello!

I am reaching out to everyone who knows me or don't . I am in need of a kidney and I am just short of my goal . I have been going through this for quite sometime and I can't do this alone now. Anything would be amazing. This is a very time sensitive thing for me and I would appreciate all the help I can get. Help me be able to see a dance studio again .
