The newly launched non-profit “Return with Honor” retrieved seven years of evidence-based data identifying that the cemetery needs a workforce with physical discipline.
So we hire qualified people and those who have served in the military for our leadership positions to train and share core values with those who have had a run-in with the law (who are on house arrest, work release, probation, parole or weekend jail ) an alternative to falling back into bad habits due to a lack of steady work and/ or skills.

Our fundraiser is for $250,000 to finish completing the non-profit website, obtain the additional materials, software & hardware needed to create participant training materials, funding to train participants, a computer lab, and call center.

In 2015, co-founder of The Ultimate Burial & Vault Company, Mrs. Anitra Tilghman- Cobb was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. Being a small business owner at 43 years old she had not even fathomed the idea of retirement let alone the idea of getting sick.

Her diagnosis raised many questions about estate and business planning. Seeing that their children were not interested in the family business, and their only grandchildren being toddlers, to keep “their legacy” alive and to prevent all that they worked hard for, from being sold. They donated all of their equipment to the non-profit " Return with Honor" to create a sustainable plan that gives employment with benefits and reduce recidivism across America. Sustainability in the nonprofit context includes the concepts of financial sustainability, as well as leadership succession planning, adaptability, and strategic planning.
This money will also help fund our summer job program for high school seniors (similar to a federal project, JTPA (Job Training and Partnership Act) which targets disadvantaged, at-risk youth and provides summer employment as well as remedial instruction), keeps families together and gives those who have had problems with the law a chance to “Make a conscious decision to do right” .

The Bureau of Justice Statistics released information on recidivism rates among former prisoners in the U.S.—and while the numbers aren’t necessarily surprising, experts say, they are disturbing.
The study tracked 404,638 state prisoners from 30 states who were released in 2005. It found that 67.8 percent of them were re-arrested within three years of their release and 76.6 percent were re-arrested within five years.

Of the latter group, more than a third were re-arrested in the first six months after leaving prison, and more than half were arrested by the end of the first year, showing that the rate of recidivism was highest during the first year and declined every year after that.

"We hereby pledge our commitment to actively hire honorably discharged veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces and they will always be placed in leadership positions. We value and recognize the leadership, training, character and discipline that our veterans and members of the National Guard and Reserve bring to our company and the American workforce.”

This unique program gives ex-offenders who have passed an initial biopsychosocial assessment, a contemporary way to stimulate social-emotional development, build character, complete community service , receive transferable skills and the possibility of being offered full-time employment after graduation.
The completion of the biopsychosocial assessment portion of the participant application is required before beginning the program. This assessment takes into account the variable interaction of biological factors (genetic, biochemical, etc), psychological factors (mood, personality, behavior, etc), and social factors (cultural, familial, socioeconomic, medical, etc) that make up the character of a person and makes sure each person can complete the requested tasks.
This approach is called holistic because it takes into account that separate issues are often related to unemployment.

Participants of the program will manufacture concrete, DOT certified concrete burial containers and vaults, design well-crafted headstones, benches, statues, columbariums, mausoleums and more for all Nationalities, Religions & Languages.

Additionally, services are provided to all funeral homes, cemeteries and the local public. Each headstone and monument created by our nonprofit seeks to summarize meaningful life stories that commemorate and preserve life's precious memories.

Our products are made of concrete, marble, granite, bronze and other durable materials and can be designed in any shape, size or color. Our inscription is delivered with concise braille engraving, laser etching or hand art with messages that are creative and memorable to each loved one.

First, prayer was removed from school. Then, the Supreme Court approved the federal court order under which workers removed the "Ten Commandments" monuments across America. Will "In God We Trust" be removed from our currency next?

When asked in a Gallup Poll if the Supreme Court should or should not allow the 10 commandments display, 76% of Americans approved of the display and say the Ten Commandments display should be allowed in a public school or government building, compared with 21% who say it should not.
‘The American way of life needs to be protected against outside influence’.
Our Fundraiser has a total goal of $3,000,000 per year for the next five years. This will allow us to complete one full year of foundation laying, training and preparation for this vision to manifest.

We have a plan to copy and past our vision across the USA. Leadership jobs to honorably discharged veterans, reduce recidivism, create summer jobs for Seniors and make sure that the King James version of God's commandments will always be displayed in our historical garden; where our community cast their loved one's cremains and we memorialize them by engraving their vital information on our brick "walkway of life."

“God’s Gardens” is an Eco- Friendly option over traditional burial. We believe everyone desires to have a respectful grand finale for their loved ones at an affordable price. We will decrease environmental pollution by decreasing cremains cast into the sea that returns back into our water system. We will garnish our historical landmark with the King James version of God's Commandments.
