UCWRFC TRIP TO NATIONALS

After competing in the USA Rugby Collegiate Division I Regionals, we have made it to the national championship final. The game will be held on Sunday December 6th at Furman University in Greenville, SC.
For those who have followed and supported our team, you understand the journey our program has taken to become one of the top 2 division 1 club teams in the nation.
We are a student run organization and receive minimal funding from the university. While many of the teams we have played in regionals have the luxury of free transportation, hotel stays, food, team apparel/equipment, amongst other conveniences, we must do all of this with our own time and finances in order to compete.
Please consider supporting the UCONN Women's Rugby team's tremendous feat of earning a berth into the Division I College Championship Final. Our only option for travel is by airplane. There is simply just not enough time to drive and be back in time for important classes and exams that cannot be moved. With your generosity to ease our financial burden, we will pursue this incredible opportunity with unparalleled determination and heart.
