Replacement of tools

Hi, My name is Ryan and im a 32 year old dad and ex forces veteran. I served in 2RRF & The Light Dragoons for 10 years which included a tour of Afghan in 2010. I am now an electrician looking for help and support as my van was broken into and all of my tools taken by thieves. I would never usually go to these lengths to ask for help but I don't know what else I can do. I bought my tools from amazon, I have all orders and would appreciate any help at all in starting again.
