Austin’s recovery

Hi, my name is Michelle, Chellebelle, Ma, Mom, Elisi… your choice! As most of you know, Austin suffered severe burns on June 7,’22. He has been hospitalized at the MUSC Burn Unit since, has had one surgery with a minimum of one more coming. If you know Austin, you already know that he’s tough as nails and has proven he can overcome any obstacle and slay any demon. He’s hilarious and tenacious, loyal to a fault and would help anyone anytime,anywhere if he could… and has. But now he needs help too. He was very resistant to the idea of a fundraiser and even told the doctor he needed to be back at work, by Monday at the latest Austin has successfully maintained the same job for three years since relocating to Charleston and has never asked for help from anyone since finding his own way. So, now those who love him are asking and giving those who love Austin the chance to help him stay afloat while he takes the time to heal. Many hands make light work so they say, and we have a man who is one hand down and can’t work! Your prayers and love are felt and appreciated. Love, Michelle
