Seven incredible NYLAG workers have been suspended for three days without pay by Management for standing against the genocide of the Palestinian people and protesting NYLAG's violation of their labor rights, specifically around concerted workplace activity as protected by the National Labor Relations Act.

This drastic escalation of discipline by NYLAG Management harms not only our fellow workers and their families but our clients. By forbidding NYLAG workers from doing their jobs, they are taking away much-needed legal assistance from the vulnerable populations that we serve.

Just as the Trump administration is disappearing students and activists who speak out against genocide in Palestine, NYLAG Management is causing serious harm to our workers, clients, and the organization overall. We must not stand silently by as NYLAG continues its descent into fascism.

We respectfully request that you contribute in support of our suspended colleagues. The money we raise will be used solely to make the workers and their families whole. In the event that we raise funds in excess of lost wages, any leftover funds will be donated to the Palestine Children Relief Fund.

Please stand with our fellow workers who are facing significant harm from NYLAG Management for standing up for our labor rights and against genocide. An injury to one is an injury to all.
