Find a Cure for Matt Evans with Sarah

Anyone who knows Matt and Sarah Evans knows that they are normally people who are the first to help others in need.  

This is Sarah’s post that broke my heart and prompted this “Go fund me” page. 

This is so private, but we need prayer. Matt is still not back to work. We have received one disability check that covered 2 weeks and he's been unable to work since 8/15. We are trying to get retro pay for his short term disability which has been a nightmare. His FMLA ends on November 7th. He is not ready to return to work. He still has 6 more rehab appointments. He has a nerve study on November 13 because of the neuropathy in his feet. He has an MRA next week so they can try and determine what the white matter is on his brain. He has a follow up with the Neurologist on November 18th. Most people with Vestibular neuritis are better within 2 weeks. Something is delaying his healing. His ENT says he can work "as tolerated", but the therapist says he can't work. The Neurologist says he can't drive. His Neurologist can't say anything about him returning to work until he has the MRA and follow up appointment. We are feeling so helpless in so many ways. He is going to call his employer tomorrow and see if they can allow him 3 more weeks unpaid without risk of him losing his job. Please pray God will give him the right words to say. Please pray his employer understands. Please pray for healing and peace. Our stress is off the charts. Our savings has run out. We need a miracle. Matt loves his job. He wants to be back to himself.
