Ronnie's surgery

Hi, my name is Katherine and I am fundraising for the medical costs of my Aunt Ronnie’s surgery.

Anyone who knows Ronnie knows she is the favorite..... favorite daughter, favorite aunt, favorite cousin, favorite sister, favorite child..... I mean, i think she may even be the big guy’s favorite. All this in the humblest spirit. She and uncle Tommy exude love… open their hearts and homes to all who need them.

I joked with Aunt Ronnie when she had open heart surgery that her heart just couldn’t take anymore…. It was filled with all the love she gave to each of us- the unending support when we were doing something silly, the shoulder to cry on when we were crashing. Our undeniable support when we were stumbling. Our prayer warrior and our confessor. She’s been there for all of us, even when her tired little body couldn’t do much. And uncle Tommy, her rock. He, a blessing to so many of us…. His strength of character, his warm heart, his many gifts. God knew what he was doing when he put them together. They love each other most of all….. and now they need our help.

They definitely DO NOT want to ask for it, but I have prayed that they would allow us to do so. Because help is exactly what they need, as they have done for us. As many of you know, Ronnie had open heart surgery and has a pacemaker, which if I remember correctly, does about 98% of the work her heart should be doing…. Because of this, the dental surgery she desperately needs she needs must be done in the hospital, under the care of cardiologists and Pacemaker gurus, in addition to her surgeon and specialized anesthesiologists. That, in addition to the dentist and hospital fees. In total, it could be over $25,000. That’s just too much for anyone to handle. That’s where we come in.

Firstly, I ask you to surround them in prayer. This, I know they would be most grateful for. I really am so grateful that they have allowed us to help if we can, because surrounding them with prayer, love, lit, thoughts is really so important.

Secondly, I ask if it is in your budget, in ANY way, to please help contribute to her medical bills. Any offering would help put a dent in these bills, and is so gratefully appreciated.
