American Dream

Hi..my name is Stephen,I’m 54 years old, I have a wife and two boys 13 & 12.I have a business in a small western pa town.The town I live in only has 300-400 people.So I was born and n New Jersey and about 24 years ago I move to Pennsylvania to take care of my elderly parents.After about a year I started going to fleamarket on weekend to make extra money.Soon on I figure I like meeting people and talking.So I saved my money and opened a small store in barnsboro pa.In the beginning I work 7 days a week all by myself to make it work.After a few years I turned store into a buy sell shop.Because it’s a low income area I would get lots to f people trying to sell me stuff.Through the years I helped thousands of people,always paying more than I should and buying stuff more to help people than make money.For 13-14 years everything went well and I was able to get into my 3 rd building where I am now.Than about 7-8 years ago the economy got very bad,mostly because the shift to green energy.Pennsylvania gets most of its money from oil/gas/coal so when this switch started within a year lots of businesses have closed down and many people moved.At the time I had 3 employees,the last 6 years or so I’ve been on my own.I’ve been working around the clock trying to keep business going.Not only for my family,but literally hundreds of low income people who would depend on me to get by sometimes.Than came the Corona virus and turned a struggle into an impossible task.I managed to keep place open,but It’s to the point I’ve ran out of options.I back on rent and all other bills at store,not to mention I just work a payment plan with tax office for my home taxes,they put a auction letter on house..(Very imbarrasing to have your family see that,makes you feel like your a terrible father.And now bank is trying to do the same thing,my loan is only 24,000 left but now they add all these fees to bring it to 30,000. I’m not sure why but it seems like the utilities and the banks are trying to put me under.Rather than cut a break after Corona virus and help a small business they are hitting me with crushing fees and it’s not fair.Lately I’ve had a few friends and customers tell me what should try a Go Fund me page.I have worked harder than anyone my whole life and always put others before myself.No kidding I help and have help probably 20,000 people over the years.Even now with everything falling apart, still buy stuff when I can just to help people in need.I mean there’s really no place to go for poor people in America. If you live paycheck to paycheck and you get in a jam,your in trouble.So for my family and all the other families I want to continue helping..I ask for your help,a little embarrassing and I’m swallowing my pride,but I don’t know what else to do..I’m literally like n tears finishing this up..oh ya..I also have chronic back issues and 2 hernias that hurt so bad,especially lately because I’m pushing myself to the limit.And no healthcare and no way I could even take off.My v backs against the wall.. Iplease help me keep the American can dream alive.I promise you I will never forget anyone that helps..thank you
