RV Road trip for Manny and Eli

We talked  to Manny last week about some encouraging health news,  feeling better and about one of things he wants to do this fall: he wants to road trip in an RV with his wife Eli to Florida and the southern states.

He is feeling good and feeling positive and an RV trip is a great way to ride that high.

Hotel rooms and other travel options have their share of risks for someone who is immuno-compromised, and more so with what’s happened over the last few months. 

Manny has made inquiries/attempts to rent an RV but they are booked solid. So while he waits for a cancellation to open up, we are making arrangements to rent a privately owned RV,  sanitize it for his safety, and hand him the keys. A privately owned RV is safer and often more reliable than a rental. 

Manny has spent his life in the service of others and we’d all like to pay some of that back to a guy who has faced cancer with dignity and bravery.
