I want to take a minute to tell you about an incredible group of 11 and 12 year old boys who make up the So Cal Force 12U Travel Baseball Team. We have worked hard over the last year trying to teach these boys the right way to play the game and build a team that can compete at the highest level. The boys want to see how we stack up against the best teams in the country so we are planning to travel to Orlando, Florida this summer to participate in the AAU Grand Nationals at Disney's Wide World of Sports complex.

We've played in the qualifying tournaments out here in Cali and have already been accepted in the tournament in Orlando. As you can probably imagine, the cost of a nine day trip across the country for 14 boys is pretty expensive. Our goal is to be able to cover the cost of the trip for the boys and coaches, including airfare, hotel, food, transportation and tournament fee. The boys and their parents have worked hard on car washes, garage sales, recycling programs, and a comedy show to raise money, but we still need some help to reach our goal.

This group of boys practice and/or play baseball 5 days a week. They spend the offseason practicing, hiking, biking and conditioning at the high school track. They are really good baseball players and even better young men and they deserve a trip like this.
