Ruthie for Commonwealth Championship South Africa 2024

Hello, I am a bit crazy for taking up a sport in my 50's, but it's the only remedy I have to kick my way through Perimenopause and the aging process. I'm a secondary school teacher with two teenagers. I hold four records for my age and weight category in Northern (peace-loving) Ireland for M2 (50-59years) <76kg female as of March 2024. My coach Dean Gracey of Vici Strength used to be my pupil, now I am his. Getting selected as part of Northern Ireland Powerlifting team has me bursting with pride.
