Fellow friends and community, We’re reaching out to ask for your support during an incredibly difficult time for our beloved Ruth.

Ruth recently suffered a serious health complication related to her Diabetes and is currently hospitalized. She will need to remain in the hospital for at least a couple of weeks to receive the care she needs. Unfortunately, Ruth has run out of sick time and her employer does not offer paid leave, leaving her without income during this critical time.

Ruth is one of the most selfless people we know — always willing to lend a hand, offer a kind word, or go out of her way to help others. Now, she needs that same care and love returned to her.

She doesn't have immediate family to lean on, just her chosen family — people like us who love her dearly and want to ensure she doesn't lose her housing, transportation, or connection to the outside world during this medical emergency.

We’re asking for your help in raising $2,200 to cover Ruth’s immediate needs — rent, car payment, and phone bill — so she can focus on healing without the added stress of financial insecurity.
