Rusty's Cancer Treatment

Five days ago Rusty and my mom left the cancer treatment clinic in Mexico and he is now hospitalized in Scripp's Memorial Hospital in San Diego. The doctors have run out of treatment options and are recommending palliative care. Rusty's final wish is to go home to Alaska to be with his friends and family. He has been through numerous treatments but unfortunately none of them are working. The doctors are stabilizing him now so that he's able to make the trip. Rusty misses all of his family and friends back in Juneau. He's not able to take a commercial flight because of his condition so, the doctors are urging that he go on a medical air lift on Thursday. Unfortunately this flight is very expensive and is not covered by the insurance. Rusty has fought this disease very hard but, would like to enjoy the time he has left with friends and family in Juneau. Please help this wish come true for Rusty and Gretchen Powers!
