Rusty Derrick medical/misc funds

Rusty recently started a new job at a local hospital. Shortly afterward he aggravated an old back injury. He was let go from his new job and is currently working a part time job. He has Cobra insurance, but it is very costly. He is scheduled to have back surgery on December 18, 2017. 
Im asking anyone that can possibly give to help me raise money for him to keep his insurance and bills paid while he is recovering from his surgery.
