Hi, as most of you know, Russell was diagnosed with IGA nephropathy in May 2024. Unfortunately, the only treatment is a kidney transplant. Rita has very generously decided to donate one of her kidneys to Russell. They have to pay upfront for all expenses related to the transplant as well as take significant time off work.
