It’s is with a heavy heart that I write this. First and foremost, I would like to send my deepest condolences to Gregg and all of the family on the loss of Russ.

Russ was known throughout Widnes and Runcorn and was hugely respected for his passion for the gym. He was a true legend at Body Fx Gym, as well as other gyms he trained in. An absolute beast of a man , full of great energy, a genuinely good person, very kind, very talented in what ever he did. always there for anyone who needed him, and a fantastic ambassador for Body Fx. He spent so much of his time there, pushing himself for growth and inspiring others—including myself—to strive to be better.

I’m sure many of you have countless great memories and stories from your time with Russ. Don’t we all ❤️ I hope we can all share them as we pay our respects in the near future.

I have set up this page to help support the funeral costs, as life is already expensive enough. Any donation, no matter how small, would be deeply appreciated by the family as they come to terms with this huge loss.

There will also be a collection bucket at Body Fx Gym for anyone who would prefer to donate in person.
