Russ Edelman’s Road to Recovery
Donation protected
On Saturday, July 21st at 8:13pm, Russ Edelman was in a severe motorcycle accident driving the speed limit at 55 mph. He was on his way home from a very close friend’s birthday BBQ when he collided into a truck taking a left hand turn that was illegally hauling a trailer. The driver at fault knew that his pickup did not have an outlet for the trailer lights to be functional and still wrecklessly decided to haul the trailer knowing the tail lights, turn signals and break lights would not work. Russ was airlifted to the hospital where he was placed in the Surgical ICU. He has underwent a couple surgeries already and has more scheduled. Thankfully Russ did not have any head trauma but he has numerous injuries to his body and organs.
It will be a long recovery for Russ but we all know he is a fighter and extremely strong mentally and physically. The responding police officer told his precinct that an angel was watching over Russ that night.
Unfortunately for Russ, the driver he was in the accident with does not have insurance.
Jamie has let us know he is in good spirits and definitely has not lost his sense of humor and working hard on recovering.
All donations given will go toward any medical bill and the cost of living while Russ is unable to work.
Thank You.
