Russ Sweetland

Russ Sweetland was a man who gave everything that he was or could be to those around him, be it out of love, friendship, or making a random stranger he just came across into a new friend. He was an amazing man and a beautiful soul, and he is deeply missed by everyone who knew him.

We are raising money to make sure we honour Russ in the best way possible so the countless lives he has touched can pay their respects and have a good old-fashioned piss up and chow down.

In true Russ fashion we want those who know one another and those who dont to come and talk, make new friends and share stories of Russ, music, adventures and what they want out of this gift we call life.

We also have to financially consider the children, fiancé and loving family Russ has left behind and the massive source of support Russ contributed to their wellbeing. Especially during the next few months while they greive and learn to stand back up from the devastating blow of loosing such an important loved one.

Rest in peace Russ and I know you are already laughing at the hangover we will all face afterwards
