Hello,

Russ Scott is a friend that I have had the pleasure of working with and learning from on the Glacier Falls Figure Skating board for the past 7 years. I am sad to say that Russ suffered a heart attack 3 days ago and is currently in the ICU awaiting bypass surgery. Russ is a fixture in the figure skating community. He is on endless panels travelling all over the country to help at competitions and participates in multiple committees to enhance and further the sport. Most importantly, he is the fearless leader of Glacier Falls and works tirelessly for the club and it's members - always trying to make it fun and provide opportunity for the skaters! He is the most giving person and is always at the ready with a great story or joke!

Russ will be off work for an undetermined period of time and of course will have additional medical expenses. I know he would never ask for himself so I am asking on his behalf. If you can find it in your heart to help him in any way, it will be greatly appreciated.
