Hello, our names are Marissa, Karina, Jesse, and Alycia Pinkerton. We are all sadly grieving the sudden unexpected loss of our Dad. Anyone who knew our Pops would say he was one of a kind. You either loved him or hated him. He was more than likely the loudest person in every room, tried to crack the most jokes, and as his Grandkids say "Grandpa Rust used the most bad words". He was also very caring, had MANY lifelong friends, and he LOVED his kids and grandkids more than anything else (even though he mixed up our names regularly). We all love our Dad very much and are going to miss him every day.

Our family is trying to get through this tragic time with strength, love, and oh so much laughter remembering our Dad. We are asking for help for his cremation and service which everyone will be invited to. Our Dad did not leave a will, and as many of you know it can take months to figure out finances. It doesn't feel right to ask for financial help, but at this time us four kids don't have any other option. We want to remember our Pops the right way and follow his wishes.

We thank each and every one of you for helping our family during this time. We know our Dad wanted to live to see his Great Grandchildren so he could wrestle them and introduce them to Motley Crue. Sadly, he won't get the chance to, but we know that he's at peace and up there keeping Jesus on his toes. Any time we hear someone say "you dropped your pocket" we'll know that's our Pops saying hello.
