Russell has been suffering from Parkinson's Disease for many years.  This disease is severely taking its toll on him and his family.  His wife has been his primary caregiver throughout their struggle.   With the stong advice from family members,  she recently agreed to surrender the care responsibility and Russell has been placed in a care facility.  As you may know, these facilities are very costly.  The savings have long since been depleted and the funds available through the government programs don't begin to pay the monthly bills.  Donna has been reluctant to accept any finanancial help but the time has come as the costs are becoming unbearable.
