** Update** For those of you who are following the Gofundme for Ruslan and his family, it saddens me to share that unfortunately Ruslan's health took a turn for the worse over the last few days and passed away on July 6, 2021.  Ruslan leaves behind a beautiful family and many many friends who will miss him dearly.  The funds raised will go towards medical expenses, funeral expenses, and anything the family might need during this extremely difficult time.  We appreciate all of you who have contributed to assist Ruslan and his family and ask that you
continue to keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

For those of you who know Ruslan Radetskiy know that he is a man who loves his family and loves life. Ruslan was diagnosed with a tumor on his Kidney in 2020. At the time of diagnosis, COVID was going on and he decided at that time it would be best for him to focus on his health and his family and put his career on hold.

Ruslan was going through aggressive treatments to help shrink the tumor, but unfortunately Ruslan’s health has taken a turn for the worse. A few weeks ago Ruslan was admitted into the ER where they did emergency surgery to remove a growth on his brain and after a week he was released to go home. One day later Ruslan was having complications where he was taken back the hospital where they discovered a blood clot that is pushing against a brain stem. The hospital did another procedure to help get the clot removed but was not successful. Since the operation, Ruslan has not been able to breathe on his own and staying awake has been difficult since he has been sedated to help with pain. Ruslan has been fighting for his life with his wife Ilona, and their son Ritchie and daughter Sara by his side.

It saddens me to write this but unfortunately all medical treatments have not been successful as the cancer is extremely aggressive and has spread to other vital organs. Ruslan’s medical team have told us that his time with us is short. The family is spending as much time with him while under the care of hospice.

Ruslan is loved by so many people, and as you all know would probably not want me to be doing a GoFundMe, but Ruslan is the sole provider for his family. There will be an enormous amount of medical and funeral expenses the family will need to bear and the family will need all the help they can get.

Ruslan’s love for his family and his life goals, which are still to be achieved, is what kept Ruslan going. We all love him and are all standing by him with love and support so please join me in honoring our dear friend. Any contribution you can make is greatly appreciated.
