Hi all,

A colleague and friend of ours lost his mother Josie to suicide in 2000 as an 11-year-old boy. Since then he has been determined to do what he can to help other Irish families avoid the same devastating loss.

RunningforJosie involves Seamus running the Antarctic Ice Marathon on December 13th 2018 to raise €200,000 for two Irish suicide awareness charities: Pieta House and Living Links Tipperary. We wouldn’t be quite the athletes that Seamus is, but we want to do our bit to help his very worthy cause. So to help contribute to RunningforJosie we are looking to raise funds by completing the 4 Peaks Challenge.

Over the course of the August bank holiday weekend, we will climb the highest mountain in each of the the four provinces: Lugnaquilla in Leinster, Mweelrea in Connacht, Slieve Donard in Ulster and Carrauntoohil in Munster. Any contribution made is greatly appreciated.

Currently it costs approximately €1,000 for every person who receives help from Pieta house. We aim to raise as much as possible to help others get the support they need. Any questions on our campaign please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Thanks again
