Hi everyone,
I’m raising money for Epilepsy Action, a charity that provides vital support, information and advocacy for people living with epilepsy and their families.
In November 2025, my sister was diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy. This diagnosis has had a huge impact on her life and on our family. Like many people with epilepsy, she faces daily challenges that most people never see, and it has shown us just how important understanding, research and support truly are.
To help raise awareness and give back, I will be running the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon in May 2026 in support of Epilepsy Action. This will be a huge personal challenge for me, but one that I am proud to take on for such an important cause.
Epilepsy Action works tirelessly to support those affected by epilepsy, fund research and educate the public to reduce stigma and improve lives. Any donation, no matter how big or small, will make a real difference.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for supporting both this cause and everyone affected by epilepsy.
Any donations towards this cause would be greatly appreciated.
