Hi, my name is Henry and I am attempting to become the youngest (unofficial) person to complete The Ridgeway Challenge - an 86 mile (139km) race that goes from Ivinghoe Beacon in Hertfordshire to the Avebury Stones in Wiltshire.

Why I Chose Mind:

In 2022, I suffered with mental health problems and was diagnosed with social anxiety disorder, something I still struggle to talk about to date. I fell into a state of depression and overall was at a significant low point in life.

It was during this time that I started running which has massively improved my life and has helped shape who I've become today.

Raising money for my first ultra-marathon is very important to me. I purposely chose a distance this far to show people that you can overcome any challenge that gets in your way.

I hope to inspire others to go out there and chase whatever you desire. Face your fears, life is too short not to.

All the funds will go straight to charity, I will not be profiting any of it.
