Blanny is Running (trying) the London Marathon 2025

Hi my name Graham Merritt-Blann and I am running the London Marathon this year. I was able to get in on a ballot place and have decided to raise money for three charities. St Barnabas House, British Liver Trust & The Lavinia Norfolk Centre @ Angmering school. All three charities are close to my heart as each one has had an impact on me in some way or another. A number of friends and relatives have used the services of St Barnabas House. My father unfortunately passed away 2 and half years ago from an undiagnosed Liver disease and I work at the Angmering school and witness first hand what amazing work they do with student’s in their care.

On a personal note it is something that I have always wanted to do. When I’m at the starting line I will be 46. I am lucky enough to be able to fulfil a dream and to be able to complete it will be amazing as I thought I would never be able to. The support I’ve received from my wife and children has been incredible and they are so proud of me already that I can’t wait to cross the finish line.

Being able to give back to three amazing charities would be the icing on the cake. So please if you can donate that would be greatly appreciated.
