More information about Bury Hospice: They look after a population of over 190,000, in the Metropolitan Borough of Bury. It is a diverse area of six separate and distinct towns, Bury, Prestwich, Whitefield, Radcliffe, Tottington and Ramsbottom and many of our patients are from areas of high deprivation within the borough. We are regarded as a community asset, delivering the Palliative and End of Life Care needs to many in the area.

Hyrox is a race that consists of 8 x 1km runs and 8x functional exercises. We will be splitting this between the 4 of us!

We have 6 months of hard consist training for this which we will be documenting a long the way!
