My name is Jerome, and on the 14th of September I’ll be running the Henley 10k to raise money for Headway Thames Valley (The Brain Injury Charity), a wonderful charity that supports people living with brain injuries.
This cause is very close to my heart, and I’m honoured to be running alongside Ryan, who is part of the Headway Thames Valley community & has been supported by them for several years.
A brain injury can completely change someone’s life in an instant. For many, it means a journey of acceptance & learning how to live again, often needing ongoing support to adapt, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with the world again. Headway Thames Valley offers a lifeline, providing safe spaces where people can be themselves, relax, learn, and socialise, while improving their quality of life.
Every donation, big or small, will make a genuine difference. It will help give people the support they need after being given a second chance at life.
Thank you so much for any contribution you can make. Together, we can help Headway Thames Valley continue their incredible work.
