This year, I’ll be running the Edinburgh Marathon in memory of my dad and in support of Bolton Hospice. I’ve run casually for a couple of years, but this will be my first race and it’s a marathon, making it a huge personal challenge. My dad was incredibly hardworking and showed so much fight right until the end, and this run is my way of honouring his strength and determination. Any donation, big or small, would mean a great deal and will help support the incredible work Bolton Hospice does for families like ours.
