On 16th November, myself and my partner David will be taking on the Conwy Half Marathon to raise money for The Indee Rose Trust, a charity that is very close to our friends’ hearts.

Our dear friends Ania and Jay recently experienced the unimaginable loss of their beautiful two-year-old daughter, Kita, who sadly passed away at the end of September after bravely battling a brain tumour.

Throughout her treatment, Kita showed the most incredible strength and spirit. She underwent numerous brain surgeries and aggressive chemotherapy, yet she faced everything with a smile. Her courage, energy, and unstoppable determination inspired everyone around her — she truly was unstoppable.

The Indee Rose Trust was chosen by Ania and Jay, as it provides incredible support to children diagnosed with brain or spinal tumours, and to their families during the most difficult times. They offer comfort, care, and help create precious memories that mean so much when life turns upside down.

We want to honour Kita’s memory, support Ania and Jay, and help this wonderful charity continue the amazing work they do for so many families.

Any donation, no matter how small, will make a difference — and we’ll be running every mile with Kita and her family in our hearts.
