Running the Bury 10K for the MND Association

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

My wife, Mary, and I are running the Bury 10K race on the 15th September to raise money for the MND Association in the UK. They provide great support for patients and families living with this disease.

I am told that it is quite unusual to be able to continue running with MND, albeit more slowly since my diagnosis in January, so this is a good chance to run this race one more time. If you are able to sponsor us, we would be very grateful!

I know that times are tight for everyone but if you can donate a small amount towards MNDA (or share this message with others) that would be fantastic!
