Hi my name is Gemma & I have a great love for animals, especially cats. I have 2 rescue boys of my own Joey & Simba‍. Id do anything to help cats & kittens in need, so on June 21st I’m taking on 13.1 miles at the Run Redditch Half Marathon to support the incredible work of Abigail Left & the team at Left Paw Cat Rescue.

​Based in the heart of the Midlands, Left Paw Cat Rescue is a small, volunteer-led lifeline for stray, abandoned, and vulnerable cats. From rescuing kittens sold on social media to nursing sick seniors back to health, they provide the "boots on the ground" care that many big charities can't.

Because they are a small local rescue, they don't have corporate backers or a massive marketing budget. Every single penny raised goes directly to vet bills, food, and life-saving care. While they aren't a registered charity for Gift Aid, it means your donation is even more critical—it goes straight to the cats!
