Running out of funds for treatment

hi . Diagnosed cancer on Xmas day. And decided to remain in Thailand for treatment as the wait in uk was too long for my diagnosis . I thought I had enough money but the daily add ins have killed me and I’m now about to have to stop treatment unless I get help . Very sorry to ask but I’m out of options and thanks for reading
