We’re Cuinn O’Keefe and Graham Jaeger, and this April we’re running the Milwaukee 414 Marathon for something bigger than ourselves. Training for this race has made us more aware of how important proper food and fuel really are. For runners, it affects performance and recovery. For students, it plays a role in focus, energy, and being able to show up ready to learn.
The Marquette Backpack Program helps over 100 Marquette students monthly by providing food to take home over the weekend, helping them return to class on Monday prepared and focused. The program addresses a real need that often goes unnoticed and continues to make a meaningful difference for students throughout the school year. That is why we are raising money to donate directly to the Marquette Backpack Program. All funds raised will go straight to the program to support its ongoing work and outreach.
Your support helps ensure the program can continue doing what it does best—quietly supporting students and strengthening the Marquette community. If you are able to contribute, we would be incredibly grateful for your support as we take on this marathon together. We will run the miles, but your generosity helps make a real difference. Thank you for being part of this.
