Supporting my wife’s journey with Brain Cancer

Donation protected
I'm aiming to raise a minimum of £8000 for a 50/50 split between the charity Brain Tumour Support, and Hannah’s ongoing treatment for an incurable Grade 4 Astrocytoma brain tumour. Hannah has endured awake brain surgery, 6 weeks of radiotherapy, 12 months of chemotherapy and is now surpassing her prognosis of 12-18 months with positive stable scans. We have two young daughters together.

I have been fortunate enough to get a spot for the charity Brain Tumour Support for the London Marathon on the 26th April 2026.
I have decided to set myself a bigger challenge to celebrate Hannah’s incredible journey so far. I will run the marathon route in the early hours of the morning in reverse so I will cover TWO marathons back to back on the London route.

With the total funds raised 50% will then be transferred to Brain Tumour Support on the 27th April 2026.
Proof of payment split and transfer, both marathons accomplished and updates will and can be shared after the event on our social media pages @glitterveinstumourbrain @glangton

Brain cancer is the biggest cancer killer in under 40’s.

Thank you
Gary
