Running Industry Diversity Coalition Awareness

I believe the time is now to do our part to create space for black, indigenous, and people of color in our sport. Help The RIDC in their mission:

"The RIDC is a nonprofit charitable organization that unites the running industry to provide resources, measure progress, and hold the industry accountable to equitable employment, leadership, and ownership positions and improve inclusion, visibility, and access for Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC)."

Please donate and/or join the RIDC and:

1. Attend RIDC conversations, training, and education sessions.

2. Share current diversity measures of your business.

3. Commit to the RIDC goals, and share your progress annually.

4. Improve the authentic representation of Black, Indigenous and people of color in your branding and communications.

5. Amplify official RIDC communications with employees and with your running communities.
