Running for Young Lives – Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon
On the 11th of May, Alex Rennocks, Tom Douglass and George Hoskins are taking on the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon—a full 26.2-mile challenge—but we’re doing it for something way bigger than just the medal at the end.
We’re raising money for PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide, a charity that works every day to reduce the number of young lives lost to suicide—the biggest killer of people under 35 in the UK.
This is a cause that means a lot to us. Whether it’s people we know, stories we’ve heard, or just being young and understanding how tough life can get sometimes—we believe in the power of speaking out and getting support. PAPYRUS runs HOPELINE247, a free, confidential service offering help and advice to young people and anyone worried about them.
Every donation, big or small, helps this incredible charity reach more people, provide more help, and ultimately save lives.
If you can support us on this challenge, we’d be massively grateful. And if not, a share goes a long way too.
Thanks so much,
