Running for those struggling with mental health

Hi, my name is Shmuel Vaiselberg. About 2 years ago, my 2 older brothers Yoni (21) and Danny (19) passed away due to mental health and addiction challenges. Once they passed away, my friends and I began training and running marathons in their honor. To date, I have run 20 half marathon and am training for my first full marathon in may.
