Running For Shelter From The Storm

Tax deductible
Dulce and Ryann McMillon, along with Fit in 42 is on a mission to raise funds and awareness for Shelter From The Storm. Shelter from the storm has played a significant role in Ryann Mcmillon's life, Co-owner of Fit in 42 Palm Springs.

Before the shelter, Ryann saw things no one should see. He was raised in violence, drugs and never had a stable home, living in shelter's and out of his mom's car.

Shelter From The Storm was the best thing that ever happened to him.

Ryann lived there from the age of 12 to 15 years old. He would not be where he is today if it wasn't for them. It provided stability, protection and most importantly, hope! He was able to get the help he needed through therapy, mentors and all of the resources offered.

The past couple years have not been easy for this organization. As the only Shelter for domestic violence in the valley our hope is to raise $5,000 so they can continue to offer the necessary resources for mothers and their children.

Dulce alongside Nicole and Nicola will be running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. That will be a total of 48 miles or 2 marathons in 2 days. Please support this cause with anything you can. We thank you in advance.

EVENT DATE: April 15th - 17th!

We want to welcome any volunteer runners for any of the miles. Any support will help!
