Thanks for stopping by...since you are here you have probably been directed this way by some crazy person who thinks that waking up before dawn and running long distances is a fun thing! Those people could be beyond help but...our friend Raul is not.

About 18 months ago Raul Rangel was diagnosed with ALS. Recently he made the decision to step back from his 30+ year career in journalism as a news editor to fight ALS full time. While Raul is working with his wife and doctors to press on, there are some obstacles that need to be addressed at home. One of them being a renovation project to make the bathrooms in his home wheelchair accessible. 

There have been some amazing people who have been there to help with the design and control the costs of this project but, these things are never inexpensive. The project costs are upward of $15,000. We would like to try to put a dent in that so Raul and his wife can focus on the big part of his fight.

So...we are runners (and non runners) who are participating in the Fort Worth Cowtown Marathon weekend. We are hoping that you would consider sponsoring us and help raise the funds to take the burden from Raul and get this project done.
