The crisis and genocide that is underway in Gaza is a subject I feel totally helpless about, the innocent children and families that are suffering - I can't imagine what life is like for them. Never have I been a "proper runner" and the Sheffield 10k will be the most I have committed to, so a big challenge for me! - if I can raise a bit £ for these poor souls then it may alleviate my helplessness & make a little difference to someone in need!
