Running a marathon for our wonderful school family

Thank you in advance for visiting my

page, some of you may know me and my reasons for taking on this challenge and pushing myself to do this. For those of you that don’t know.. there’s a very special reason behind why I’m doing the Southampton Marathon on Sunday 2nd April 2023 and I am asking for your support to help raise funds and importantly say a big thanks to Springwell School for all the good that they do.

“Springwell is a primary school for children aged 4 – 11 years with complex learning difficulties. All our children have a severe level of learning difficulties and many have associated disabilities such as autism, speech and language disorders and challenging behaviour. Every child within the School has an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP).

All staff at Springwell work together to uphold our Rainbow Values, to ensure that our pupils have the best education possible. We pride ourselves on the quality of each individual pupil’s education and our work with families and carers. Working in partnership, we strive to achieve the very best for each child and offer support and guidance to families to enable consistency across home and school.” - Springwell School

This is something really close to my heart as my son attends Springwell School and he absolutely loves it as do I. They are a phenomenal part of our family and I am doing this marathon to most importantly say a big THANK YOU for all that they do for our children. I cannot thank them enough so this is my big push to fundraise and give something back for every single person who’s beneath the big beautiful rainbow at Springwell School. Please help me to raise funds to contribute to the wonderful school supporting our beautiful children.

MY SON HAS BEEN ASKING ALMOST EVERYDAY IF THE RACE IS ON YET.. of course he wants me to try and win! I promise that I’ll try my very best!
