This Christmas, we (Andrew Heenkenda and Malitha Pathiranage) are taking on a long‑distance run to support Open Hands Trust, a Christian charity dedicated to helping those in need in our community.

As Christians, we believe Christmas is a time of giving, generosity, and hope. By running, we want to give back to the community and support the vital work Open Hands does for people facing hardship.

For every £5 donated, we will run 1 kilometre — turning your generosity into action. Together, we can make a difference, share God’s love, and bring joy to those who need it most this season.
