Three months ago my good friend, Kapi, and I decided to run the New York Marathon to raise money for a charity that is close to Kapi's heart. Fred's Team raise money to fund groundbreaking research at the Memorial Sloan Kettering hospital that makes a huge difference to people suffering with cancer around the world.
