Running for Life - in Aid of the Lifeboats
Donation protected
In August 2025, I’ll be taking on the biggest challenge of my life: a self-supported 2,200km run around the circumference of Ireland.
No support crew. No shortcuts. Just me, a backpack, and miles of country and coastal roads, mountains, and the typical Irish weather.
I’ll carry all my gear, sleep wherever I can, and face the elements head-on — for weeks on end. This challenge is about endurance, but more importantly, it’s about purpose.
I’m running to raise funds for the RNLI — the volunteer lifeboat crews who save lives at sea. Their bravery, commitment, and selflessness are humbling, and I want to honour them by pushing my own limits.
In 2024, I ran the length of Ireland — 1,000km from Castletownbere to Ballycastle — completely self-supported.
Now, I’m going further, circling the island I call home in the most human way I know: one step at a time.
This is a journey of resilience, connection, and giving back. Every kilometre is dedicated to the RNLI — and your support makes it possible.
Please consider donating or sharing. Together, we can make each step count.
Thank you,
