My name is Dave Homsey, and running in the NYC Marathon has been on my bucket list since I watched my daughter Emma do it in 2023. This race not only showcases the spirit of runners but also serves as a powerful platform to support various charities. I am honored to have been accepted by The END Fund, an organization dedicated to ending preventable diseases in underserved regions of the world.

Despite being treatable at a minimal cost, neglected tropical diseases affect nearly 1.5 billion people, including almost a billion children. These diseases can lead to severe health issues and limit opportunities for those impacted. The END Fund works tirelessly to deliver essential treatments and surgeries, ensuring that people at risk can lead healthier, more prosperous lives.
