We are Thomas and Bo from Denmark and part of Team AFBS and on November 1st we will run the TCS NYC Marathon to honor Harper Rose, the strongest girl I know. Harper faces Nemaline Myopathy, a rare muscle disorder that affects breathing, swallowing, and mobility.
We are am running to show her she is not alone and to turn every mile into momentum for treatments that can change her life.

A Foundation Building Strength is the only organization fully dedicated to finding effective NM treatments. They are leading the way with a historic research commitment to advance gene therapy and clinical trial readiness. Knowing that 100% of donations go directly to research gives me confidence that our steps and your support will have real impact for families like Harper's.

This run is about more than crossing a finish line. It is about building strength for the NM community and accelerating breakthroughs. Every stride is a promise to Harper and every donation brings us closer to effective treatments.

Please join me in supporting A Foundation Building Strength. Your gift will fuel research and bring hope to Harper and so many others.

Thank you for helping Team AFBS race toward a future of effective treatments.

Bo & Thomas!
